RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD
Forgotten Your Password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from your Kradle Account Login page.
- Click the Log In button
above and select the location of your Kradle Account. - Enter your Username.
- Click the Forgot your password? link. This action sends an email to your nominated (the email address associated with your Kradle account) email address.
- Check your email inbox for the Request to Reset Password email from Kradle.
If you cannot locate the Request to Reset Password email in your email inbox, check your junk/spam email folder.
- Click the Reset your Password button
in the email. This action opens the Reset Password page in your browser. - Enter your Username.
- Enter your new password.
The password MUST:
-
- be between 8 and 20 characters in length,
- contain a capital letter,
- contain at least one number,
- contain at least one special character (eg, # % $ ! &).
- Click the Reset button
to set the new password. A Reset Password Confirmation message is displayed. - Click the ‘Click here to log in’ link.
- Enter your Username and new password to log in to your Kradle account.
Changing your Password within Kradle
If you would like to change your password, you can change it within Kradle.
- Select My Settings | Change Password from the menu to open the Change Password page.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password.
Click the Show Password icon 
to reveal your password. Use this to ensure you have met the password character requirements.
- Click the Change button
to set the new password. This action will take you back to the Login page. - Enter your Username and new password to log in to your Kradle account.
