What types of video call can I make?
Konnect allows for two types of video calls to be made:
Call Now
These calls can be made to one or more users in your account and are billed on a per-minute basis once the Free Call Allowance has been exhausted (excluding Free plan).
Scheduled Calls
These calls are booked using the Konnect scheduler and are available in 30-minute “blocks”. Scheduled calls are billed in 30-minute increments once the Free Call Allowance has been exhausted (excluding Free plan).
Note: The “Free Call Allowance” within your plan applies to both call types.
Are your prices in US dollars?
Yes, all our prices are in USD.
How many users can I have in my account?
As many users as you require.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa and American Express).
How many participants can join a video call?
Video participant limits vary from plan to plan.
- Essential – 100 participants per call
- Plus – 150 participants per call
- Professional – 200 participants per call
- Business – 300 participants per call
Is there a duration limit for each video call?
No, you can remain on a call for as long as required.
Are there any video call usage limits?
If you are using the Free plan, you will not be able to make any further video calls or message translations once your Free Call/Message Allowance has been exhausted.
For all paid plans, there are no usage limits.
Do I need to enter my credit card details when signing up?
No credit card is required when selecting the Free plan.
For all paid plans, a credit card will be required when signing up or upgrading from the Free plan.
How many languages can I translate to?
Kradle supports 70+ languages for instant message translation.
How do free video calls and message translations work?
All Kradle accounts include a monthly allocation of free video calls and message translations.
At the end of each billing period, the number of free video call minutes and message translations will be subtracted from your monthly usage.
With the exception of the FREE plan, the remaining minutes (if any) will be charged in accordance with the additional video calls and message translation fees associated with your current plan.
What is the difference between a User and a Contact?
- A user is a system user who is granted various permissions within the Kradle account and has a Kradle username and password.
- A contact has no access to the Kradle account, nor username and can only be contacted via email, SMS or video calls.
