CREATING A GROUP

  1.  Log into your Kradle account.
  2.  On the Kradle Menu, click the Konnect icon.
  3.  A new window will open, displaying the Kradle – Konnect interface.
  4.  Within the Konnect navigation menu, click the Message Board icon.
  5.  Click the Create Group icon.
  6.  Enter the details for the group including the:
    • Group Name.
    • Purpose of the group.
    • Users to invite (from a list of users within your account).
    • Message expiry period (how long the messages will remain in the group before being removed).
    • Language (the language to send and receive messages in).
  7.  Users that have been added to the Group will be indicated by circles detailing the User’s initials.
  8.  Once all Group Details and users have been specified, click the Save Group icon to finalize the creation of your Group.

Information Icon  Further Actions

  • Users can be removed from a Group by selecting the specific User’s circle, then clicking the Delete User icon
  • Users can also be made into Managers of the Group by selecting the User’s circle and clicking the Toggle Manager icon.

CREATING A GROUP

  1.  Log into your Kradle account.
  2.  On the Kradle Menu, click the Konnect icon.

  4.  Within the Konnect navigation menu, click the Message Board icon.
  5.  Click the Create Group icon.
  6.  Enter the details for the group including the:
    • Group Name.
    • Purpose of the group.

  7.  Users that have been added to the Group will be indicated by circles detailing the User’s initials.
