Forgotten Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from your Kradle Account Login page.

• • Click the ‘LOG IN’ button above and select the location of your Kradle Account to load your Kradle Account Login page
  • Enter your Username.
  • Check your email inbox for the ‘Request to Reset Password’ email from Kradle.

Note: If you cannot locate the ‘Request to Reset Password’ email in your email inbox, check your Junk email folder or spam filters (that may have directed the email to another folder)

• • Click the ‘Reset your Password’ button in the email.  This action opens the ‘Reset Password’ page in your Web-browser.
  • Enter your Username.
  • Enter your new password. The password MUST be between 8 and 20 characters; it MUST contain a capital letter, at least one number and at least one special character eg, # % $ ! &.
  • Click the ‘RESET’ button  to set the new password. A ‘Reset Password Confirmation’ message is displayed.
  • Click the ‘Click here to log in’ link
  • Enter your Username and new password to log in to your Kradle account.

• • Select My Settings | Change Password from the menu to open the Change Password page.
  • Enter your current password.
  • Enter your New Password. The password MUST be between 8 and 20 characters; it MUST contain a capital letter, at least one number and at least one special character eg, # % $ ! &.

Note: Click the Show Password icon to reveal your password. Use this to ensure you have met the password character requirements.

• • Click the ‘CHANGE’ button to set the new password. This action will take you back to the ‘Login’ page.
  • Enter your Username and new password to log in to your Kradle account.
