FUNCTION GROUPS

Overview

Users who undertake the same types of activities/tasks within your Kradle account can be combined into a Function Group.

Access to specific data within the Data Model or the assignment of work tasks within a Process Manager can then be controlled using Function Groups.

info    A User must have Administrator Permissions to access the Admin menu

Create Function Groups

  1. Select Admin | Function Groups from the menu to open the Function Groups blade.
  2. Click the Add New Function Group icon and enter the following on the General tab.
    • Name*
    • Abbreviation* (2 characters)
    • Description
    • Color (for visual identification)
  3. On the Users tab, select one or more Users to add to the Function Group.
  4. Click the Save icon.The name of the new Function Group will be displayed on the Function Groups blade.

Edit a Function Group

  1. Select Admin | Function Groups from the menu to open the Function Groups blade.
  2. Select the Function Group you intend to edit.
  3. Edit Function Group details as required.
  4. Click the Save icon.

Delete a Function Group

  1. Select Admin | Function Groups from the menu to open the Function Groups blade.
  2. Select the Function Group you intend to delete.
  3. Click the Delete icon.

Create Function Groups

  1. Select Admin | Function Groups from the menu to open the Function Groups blade.
  2. Click the Add New Function Group icon and enter the following on the General tab.
    • Name*
    • Abbreviation* (2 characters)
    • Description
    • Color (for visual identification)
  3. On the Users tab, select one or more Users to add to the Function Group.
  4. Click the Save icon.The name of the new Function Group will be displayed on the Function Groups blade.

Edit a Function Group

  1. Select Admin | Function Groups from the menu to open the Function Groups blade.
  2. Select the Function Group you intend to edit.
  3. Edit Function Group details as required.
  4. Click the Save icon.

Delete a Function Group

  1. Select Admin | Function Groups from the menu to open the Function Groups blade.
  2. Select the Function Group you intend to delete.
  3. Click the Delete icon.
